Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under the terms of Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, we inform you that, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to legally authorised consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities to mediate conflicts.

THE REAL ESTATE SHOP is not linked to any ADR entity through adhesion or legal imposition. However, the consumer can consult the list of ADR entities available on the Consumer Portal:

The consumer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:
👉 https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution options, the parties agree that, in the event of a lawsuit, the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon Oeste – Local Civil Court of Oeiras will be competent, with express waiver of any other.
